Confirmation of the reservation
The confirmation of the reservation is valid once the deposit, i.e. 25% of the total cost of the stay, has been paid.
Note:
i) The confirmation of any availability by “Nikiti Beach” for a certain date, does not imply that the reservation has been made and is valid.
In order for any reservation to be considered valid and final, it must be accompanied by a deposit of 25% of the total cost of the stay.
ii) The deposit must be sent by fax or e-mail no later than the deadline given by “Nikiti Beach”.
iii) Proof of deposit must also be forwarded to “Nikiti Beach” either by fax or e-mail.
NOTE: Any costs of the deposit are to be borne by the depositor.
Refund of money
In case of cancellation of personal reservations, refunds will only be made in the following cases:
0% Cancellation fees:
Refund of the entire deposit – When the notification of cancellation at “Nikiti Beach” is made up to 21 days before the arrival date.
Note:
i) 100% of the deposit is refundable
ii) Cancellation notification is made by fax or e-mail.
50% cancellation costs:
There is a charge of 50% of the RESERVATION when the notification of cancellation at “Nikiti Beach” is made from 7 days to 14 days before the arrival date.
Note:
i) The balance of the amount in excess of the deposit is paid in the same way as the deposit
ii) Cancellation notification is made by fax or e-mail.
100% cancellation costs:
There is a charge of 100% of the RESERVATION when the cancellation notification at “Nikiti Beach” is made up to 06 days before the arrival date.
Note:
i) The whole amount is paid
*In case of cancellation of the reservation during the stay, the client is obliged to pay a compensation to the company, 50% of the value of the remaining days of the agreed period (Law 1652/86, Government Gazette 167 A).
Payment of the total amount
The payment of the reservation is made at “Nikiti Beach” before the departure date.
