We would like to inform you that the facilities and complex services are addressed exclusively to guests who reside in it.
On the following pages you will find – in alphabetical order – information about the Nikiti Beach and their services, which will help you to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable.
AIR CONDITIONING – HEATING
All rooms have an individual Air Conditioning and Heating system. Please make sure that you don’t leave the air conditioner in operation while you’re away from the apartment.
BREAKFAST BUFFET
From 8.00 to 10.30 at “TAVERNA ANTIGONI”, self service it is not permitted to take away food and drinks for later consumption
CURRENT
The current is 220 VOLT
DAMAGES
Any damage, of any item owned by Nikiti Beach, with responsibility of the customer is charged on the departure with a compensation starting from €50 and may reach up to €500.
DEPARTURE
Please check out of your room on the day of your departure latest 11:00. If you need a day use, please contact us 1 day in advance. The charge for a day use (subject to availability) until 18:00 o’clock is from €50 up tο €100.
ENTRANCE
The entrance at Nikiti Beach at the arrival time only accompanied by us and also it is not allowed for visitors or work partners to access the facilities without accompaniment of us.
Personal electrical equipment
The use of private electrical devices in the rooms of Nikiti Beach is not permitted, such as toasters, grills, coffee machines
(medically necessary devices and chargers excluded)
LINEN – ROOM TOWELS
The use of white towels and linen outside of the room is not allowed. Any destruction or loss is charged to the customer.
PARKING
No responsibility for vehicles parked on the premises of Nikiti Beach (theft, damage by third parties or weather phenomena)
Booking a private parking space at Nikiti Beach , costs 15€/ Day during July and August , and 10€/ Day during other months .
It is not allowed to keep pets of any size in the whole area of Nikiti Beach
QUIET HOURS
Please keep the hours of communal peace between 14:30 and 17:30
REPAIRS
If repairs in your room are necessary, please contact us. Any damage will be usually fixed within the same day. We thank you for your understanding that due to extraordinary technical problems there might be a delay in the repair.
REFRIGERATOR
Every room is equipped with a small refrigerator and its usage is free of charge.
TOILETS
It is not allowed to throw toilet paper, toiletries or feminine products in the toilet.
WATER
The water comes from the municipality’s water supply network and it is not drinkable we advise you to drink only bottled water.
INTERNET
Internet access is available everywhere in the hotel via WIFI / WLAN and in all rooms (via the code given to you)
WIFI – Terms & Conditions
Nikiti Beach provides guests, who are resident, with Free Wireless Internet Access, which is provided by means of a daily data allowance and is only valid at the Nikiti Beach location where the guest currently resides.
The Free Wireless Internet Access is provided with the expectation that the guests will utilize this service in a lawful, professional and responsible manner.
The service is not intended for high volume data transfers, especially sustained high volume data transfers, video conferencing, Peer 2 Peer downloads etc.
The Free Wireless Internet Access service may be used on 1 device/person.
Although Nikiti Beach will use its best endeavors to have the service available at all times, Nikiti Beach does not guarantee the availability of the service and shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever in respect of any loss or damages caused by, or arising from, the unavailability of, or any interruption in the service for any reason whatsoever.
